Punch, Kick, Block - Boxing is on the Agenda!

What workouts do you love to do? I use to go to boxing classes all the time, but since I moved away from the studio, I haven't been to a class in a long time! That is all about to change. Boxing is such a great workout for your full body. I especially like kick-boxing because it also incorporates hip-strengtheing moves with side kicks, front kicks and round kicks.

The great thing about boxing is that once you know the basic moves you can do them anywhere. Take the workout outside for a breath of fresh air or change of scenery and take advantage of all the wide open space you have to kick. 

Don't know where to begin? Sign up for a few classes at your local gym or find a deal on Groupon and learn the basics from a qualified instructor. Once you know a few moves and boxing sequences you can easily incorporate them into your workout routine.
