Spring Looks to Spice Up Your Wardrobe!

It's time to revamp your fitness wardrobe and get ready for summer. I am always excited about new looks, gear and training shoes. It's still cool outside in many parts of the country so I have highlighted some warmer looks and some fun training gear for the upcoming warm summer training! Here are my top gear must-have's to revamp your training wardrobe!

Nike Tech Fleece Women's Poncho $130

This specific piece may be a bit pricier than your average pre and post workout hoodie, but it is so worth it! It can be dressed up for a coffee date with your girlfriends after you crush your sweat session or can be worn to the gym for an easy pre-workout look. The hoodie will protect you from the elements, especially on those windy, rainy mornings. It's gorgeous with leggings or a pair of skinny jeans and you will get compliments, guaranteed. Too sweaty post workout to throw on a hoodie, this poncho is breathable and will help you cool down quickly because of it's loose design.

Nike Legendary Tight Print $105

Ready to spice up the colors you wear at the gym? Look no further than the Nike Legendary Tight. It's printed pattern and either green or black design will be eye-catching while meeting your performance needs. This is my third pair of Legend Tights, but first since they updated the design. I love the high-waist that flatters your curves and keeps you from showing off any unwanted skin when you're bending and squatting to build those glutes! There is also a pocket sewn to the inside of the waistband to store your essentials, like a credit card or car key.

Nike Flyknit Lunar 2 $150

For distance running the Flyknit Lunar 2 has to be my absolute favorite shoe! If the fun new colors aren't enough of a sell, then the style, fit, flexibility and cushioning are sure to pull you in. The knit upper is flexible and adjustable to your foot. It fits like a glove and is incredibly breathable. The cushioning is definitely more substantial than their Free Run models, but it is flexible so it offers a full range of motion. This shoe is innovation at it's best and you will love wearing these in your next race, I know I am looking forward to taking these for their inaugural race in one month!

Nike Burnout Jersey Infinity Scarf $30

Looking for a piece you can wear for a night out on the town or to keep your head warm post workout? The new infinity scarf from Nike is sure to top your accessory list! I have had mine for a month and wear it multiple times a week. I would probably live in it if I didn't feel the need to wash it after it's been to the gym. The great thing about it is that it is easy to take care of too, just throw it in the washer, dry and you're ready to go! Wrap it twice for a scarf or let it hang loose for a different look or pull it over your hair to block out the rain. It comes in three colors and I am seriously considering investing in a second one.

Athleta Tee Dress $69

I love sweater dresses and practically live in my collection of them from Athleta. For spring, they have come out with this new Tee dress. It has to be one of the most comfortable and relaxed fit dresses they have made. I love the gathered sides and casual look. It's a great piece to have in your gym bag to throw on post-workout and it's easy to care for. It also won't break the bank, coming in at only $69. It's a little too cool outside for me to wear this dress yet, but as soon as those warmer days hit I will be sporting this with my infinity scarf and some cute flats.

Nike Studio Wrap Pack Arctic Monarch $130

In the summer I live in flip-flops and flats. Nike has made that a bit easier now since their addition of the Studio Wrap. I love the wrap for yoga class. It helps my feet stay put during tough poses because of the traction on the bottom of the foot wrap. You can also easily wash them by throwing them in the washer in their included wash bag after each sweat session. Post workout just slip on the flat with or without the wrap and you have a cute and comfortable shoe to walk around town in. I have a pair in black and have even worn them to work with dress pants. They would look great with the Athleta Tee Dress mentioned above!

Athleta Chi Ombre Tank $42

Looking for a new tank to add style to your running route or spin class? Look no further than the new Chi tank series from Athleta! The tanks are lightweight, slimming and made with unstinkable technology to keep you smelling fresh and enable you to wear the tank for a few workouts before needing to wash it. I love the blue stripes and will probably be snagging a few in basic black or solid colors to pair with my Nike Legendary Printed Tights. Layer the tanks with your favorite sports bra or loose fitting pants and you can go from gym to street style in a flash!

Feetures! Elite Light Cushion No Show Tab Sock $14.99

Colors are in this season, the brighter the better! Your socks are no exception. Feetures! socks are my favorite brand of performance running socks. I got quite a few pairs last year and wear them for all my runs. I love their new line and bright spring colors. Pair them with a darker pair of running shoes or mix and match colors to create a "be seen on the streets" look. These socks are made with moisture wicking fabric and compression in all the right places to keep you running strong and blister free.

Be The Heroine Necklace from Erica Sara Designs $68

Looking for a fun necklace that can be worn on your long run and around town? Look no further than Erica Sara Designs. Erica is known for her motivating sayings and running and triathlon jewelry. I love the positive message on this necklace and the ability to engrave my own personal message on the back. Not in love with this necklace? There are plenty of other designs available on her website for you to choose from. I keep going back and always find something I love.

Oiselle Lux Arm Warmers $42

In the transition time between spring and summer I often need a little something more than a tank-top during my run but a long-sleeve tee is too warm. Oiselle has come up with the solution with their new Lux Arm Warmers. I first tried their Lux fabric out in a long-sleeve tee and fell in love with the softness of the fabric. Their choice to use this fabric in arm warmers and also this pretty awesome scarf hit the mark! The thumb holes on the arm warmers make these extra special. You will fall in love with the design and fabric and eagerly wake up for those chilly morning runs for the chance to wear these!

Style can be anything you want it to be. My style is street wear, sporty, and always includes a little extra pop of color. In the end, you have to wear what works for you. I hope these suggestions give you some ideas for how to mix up your wardrobe this year. Have some suggestions for me? Send them my way and tag #W3MOVE on Instagram with your personal style photos!

Happy training!
