Recently, I was asked by Graced By Grit, to share how I #SweatMyStory for International Women's Day. This blog is all about my sweaty story. From running, to personal training, to eating healthy and providing motivation, I have built a community around myself that I love sharing my sweaty moments with. I feel like every day is a new chance for me to #SweatMyStory, whether that be in the gym training a client, on a run or via my social media channels. I never miss a chance to up my game. Check out Graced By Grit's awesomely inspiring #SweatYourStory video here. I wanted to make some grand video for you guys, but then I realized, my story has been built over my racing, training and travels over the last three years and the best way to share that story is though photos. I put together a 3 minute video recap or my sweatiest moments with my favorite friends, both new and old, from around the world, literally! Crew love is real! So without further ado, here is my story from California to Oregon, to DC and back. Here is how I #SweatMyStory. Thanks for being a part of it!

A big shoutout to all my girls across the US, Canada and the world that motivate and inspire me everyday! VoltWomen, W3Move, Run Crews, Concrete Runners, Nike SF Crew, you all inspire and motivate me to get out and get sweaty!

I believe that working hard and challenging yourself in fitness is the best way to manifest greatness in the rest of your life. What you accomplish at the gym or on the race course will transfer into your everyday life. Get passionate, get committed and get sweaty. How do you #SweatYourStory? Share with me in the comments and on social media! Let's create a movement!
