How Do You #SweatYourStory?
Recently, I was asked by Graced By Grit, to share how I #SweatMyStory for International Women's Day. This blog is all about my sweaty story. From running, to personal training, to eating healthy and providing motivation, I have built a community around myself that I love sharing my sweaty moments with. I feel like every day is a new chance for me to #SweatMyStory, whether that be in the gym training a client, on a run or via my social media channels. I never miss a chance to up my game. I wanted to make some grand video for you guys, but then I realized, my story has been built over my racing, training and travels over the last three years and the best way to share that story is though photos. I put together a 3 minute video recap or my sweatiest moments with my favorite friends, both new and old, from around the world, literally! Crew love is real! I believe that working hard and challenging yourself in fitness is the best way to manifest greatness in the rest of your life.
