Core Hydration, Training & a Giveaway

This month is going to be tough with all the training miles I am logging for my upcoming May races. I must admit I am not always hydrating as well as I should, even when I know better. Hey, we all have something to work on.

How I use Core Hydration
I have been drinking Core before my workouts and during my toughest track workouts. I love the crisp taste (chilled is best!) and easy squeeze water bottle. It's great between hard sprint intervals at the track. I also sip it during my gym sessions when I hit the weights.
Once again, my husband has struck on my product reviews! I think he already downed a few bottles before I truly got to try them in my workouts. He loved the water and drinks camel-like portions of water at one time, so he has plenty of experience with other waters. In his book it gets an A+!
As for me, I love it and even though I usually just drink tap water. I found myself looking for more at my local super market. I can see this becoming a great addition to my running and training routine.
