Trick-or-Treat Halloween Workout Challenge

No tricks, just treats and tight abs! I promise. Halloween is the one day a year when candy flows like water in my neighborhood. Literally, the streets are lined with cars from families around town and you can't get a parking spot. Children run from door to door in costumes from Frozen and many other famous movies and frightful characters! So...how do you get a workout in during this chaos? I have created a few drills to do every time that doorbell rings!

As the night is sure to bring many children begging for candy to your door, in between keeping dentists in business until the next Halloween by filling their bag with candy, you can get in a great workout.

Every time the doorbell rings or there is a knock at your door, hand out the candy, then drop and do five push-ups or ten crunches. After repeating this circuit 5-8 times, move onto other moves, like 10 body-weight squats, 10 jumping jacks, 30 second plank or 5 burpees! Get creative and mix it up. You can get a great circuit training workout in this way.
