Burn baby, burn! It's hot this 4th of July weekend in California and ice-cream, pool parties and lazy afternoon naps are probably more appealing than getting your sweat on. This weekend, commit to your health and you will feel better come Monday morning.

July 4th Total Body Blast Workout

Perform each drill for 30 seconds. Repeat each circuit 3-5 times. 

Jumping Jacks

Push-ups

Squats

Scissor Kicks

Mountain Climbers

Russian Twists

V-ups

Alternating Split Jumps

Burpees

You can do this workout anytime and anywhere. Try it in the morning when you wake up or right before the fireworks show! Since this workout uses bodyweight exercises you don't need any fancy equipment, just bring yourself and get moving.
