Going Full Buff®

Probably not the way you thought - but hey - I got your attention didn't I? What I mean is, I have gotten yet another BUFF® product. I love the convenience and style of each one I own.
I, of course, love the Original BUFF®, but what I love about this one is that it is reflective. Which means on my night runs or night bike rides I have an extra layer of warmth and protection. It never hurts to be more visible when you are participating in sports involving contact with the road and other drivers.

How a BUFF® Can Be Used
There are many, many ways to wear a BUFF®, too many to mention in this post. So I'll just show you this handy photo from the BuffUSA website. I love the hair tie idea! I'm always misplacing my hair ties.
You can also use a BUFF® to mop up any liquid spills in your car (for us more clumsy folk) and simply throw it in the wash when you get home. I found this one out on accident. It works really well though. There is pretty much no end to how many ways you can use it!
BUFF® Performs During a Workout
Warm your ears and mop up sweat during any workout, like this Fast and Furious Body Burnout HIIT workout I created this morning. It will get your muscles firing in no time. Give it a try and let me know what you think! Perform each move for 45 seconds, rest for fifteen seconds, and repeat 3 times. You'll feel it, trust me!

One of the things I like about the BUFF® is it's versatility.
