Find Inspiration from Spartan Races with their New Podcast

I love challenging myself and learning new ways to increase my performance or become successful. A race series that supports this view is the Spartan Race series. Spartan races are obstacle races with distances ranging from 3 to 12+ miles. The obstacles are designed to challenge you to discover your inner strength, your inner Spartan. I've blogged about Spartan Races in the past because I believe in the message they are spreading. It really is a race that challenges people to look inside themselves, train hard, push boundaries and find the belief that anything is possible. More than just races - the organization strives to help people succeed in all areas of their life. Through their book and most recently the release of Spartan Up - the podcast, they are hitting the details of how to become successful by interviewing real people with real success stories. The Spartan Race series says that on the podcast they "uncover what makes the most successful people winners." Who wouldn't want to know how to be a winner? The podcast will feature the following:

"The epitome of grit, Joe Desena, founder & CEO of Spartan Race and NY Times best-selling author, travels the globe seeking answers from experts like Sir Richard Branson, Steve Pressfield, Barbell Shrugged, and many more. Joe’s interviews with authors, academics, athletes, adventurers, CEOs and thought leaders will shift your thinking, make you laugh and and give you the tools you need. He’s on a mission to find the secrets to success in all aspects of life. Not only does Joe interview epic people, he has brought together an amazing panel to break down and analyze every aspect of these interviews. We give you the ultimate blueprint and action steps to assimilating these powerful conversations into your own life. The Podcast is now live here."
